Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to spearhead key business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving impactful change programs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging technology advancements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor progress and address risks, proactively managing potential roadblocks and vendor relationships.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and embed change management practices within strategic projects.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years of experience leading transformation or strategic projects.
  • Proven expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience managing project dependencies, risks, and cross-functional implementation efforts.
  • Familiarity with financial/banking industry requirements and standards.
