Director of Agile Transformation

This is a remote opportunity to lead Agile teams in the healthcare technology sector.

The ideal candidate will drive Agile methodologies, guide teams to adopt Agile principles and practices, collaborate with stakeholders, monitor progress, foster continuous improvement, mentor and coach team members, facilitate effective communication, and promote transparency and accountability.

A successful Director of Agile Transformation should have proven experience in Agile methodologies, strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and its technology landscape, excellent facilitation and communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, and formal Agile certification is an advantage.
