Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Job Overview:

Our organization is seeking an accomplished FP&A Professional to spearhead our financial planning and analysis initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting and finance, with experience in leading budgeting and forecasting processes, developing and maintaining financial models, analyzing financial performance, and providing actionable recommendations.

This role requires strong leadership presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The selected candidate will also be responsible for implementing automation, enhancing reporting using NetSuite and Power BI, preparing and presenting financial reports and dashboards, and supporting month-end close activities.

To be successful in this position, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis, and proficiency in ERP and analytics tools. Certification such as CPA or MBA is a plus.
