Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone and email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls from clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Listen to voicemails and respond accordingly.
  • Collaborate with managers to address special requests.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Community Care Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Return all phone calls in accordance with company policy.
  • Perform other tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the Community Care Department.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a BPO/call center setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including assertiveness and eloquence.
  • Familiarity with remote work setups is essential.
  • A dedicated workstation at home is mandatory.
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
  • Comfortable using technology.
  • Experience in Property Management is an advantage.
