
Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone and email.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming calls from clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Listen to voicemails and respond accordingly.
- Collaborate with managers to address special requests.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Community Care Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Return all phone calls in accordance with company policy.
- Perform other tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the Community Care Department.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a BPO/call center setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including assertiveness and eloquence.
- Familiarity with remote work setups is essential.
- A dedicated workstation at home is mandatory.
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
- Comfortable using technology.
- Experience in Property Management is an advantage.
