We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Experience Professional to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat
- Analyze and resolve complex customer issues using strong problem-solving skills and product knowledge
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address root causes of customer issues
- Provide feedback and coaching to junior team members to enhance their customer service skills
Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with customer relationship management software and tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred
