Our organization requires an HR Assistant to support our HR team with administrative tasks, employee relations, and projects. As a vital member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support across various HR functions, including document preparation, communications, and filing systems.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting exit interviews and compiling necessary documentation.
  • Pull and compile reports to help our HR team make informed decisions and drive business success.
  • Contribute to the recruitment process by posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and assisting with candidate communication.
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system to ensure seamless hiring processes.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and escalate issues as needed to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive team culture through engagement initiatives and planning events that promote teamwork and collaboration.
  • Assist in the administration of employee surveys, reviews, and documents to ensure fair treatment and recognition of employees.
  • Support benefits administration and communicate programs to employees to enhance their overall well-being.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience and skills.
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to effectively manage administrative tasks and data entry.
Working Conditions:
  • Standard working hours (9am to 5pm) in a professional office setting with opportunities for growth and development.
