Community Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Community Engagement Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective engagement strategies to promote community satisfaction, consolidation, and growth.

• Promote relevant strategies to lead, coordinate, and monitor communication with community members, fostering strong relationships and encouraging active participation.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to provide requirements and follow-up on deliveries, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient project execution.
• Set and manage community member expectations while improving the community experience, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
• Follow sourcing strategy to reach project targets based on past data and research, utilizing analytical skills to drive informed decision-making.
• Perform root cause analysis for community escalations and propose corrective actions, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Prepare material for presentations regarding community insights for internal and external customers, showcasing expertise and knowledge in community engagement.
• Implement strategies for building and maintaining a large, engaged community, leveraging creativity and innovation to drive growth and success.
• Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage goals, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
• Participate in the onboarding process for newcomers and act as a point of contact for all community engagement processes, providing exceptional support and guidance.
• Identify and track relevant community KPIs, utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business results.

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent, demonstrating academic achievement and intellectual curiosity.
• Minimum 7 years of prior experience in Vendor Management/Sourcing/Crowdsourcing/Talent Acquisition/ATSs development for communities, leveraging real-world experience to drive business results.
• Experience working in a multinational/multicultural virtual working environment, adapting to diverse cultures and perspectives.
• Experience in working in a cross-functional/matrix organization, collaborating with stakeholders from various departments and levels.
• Demonstrated business English language proficiency, communicating effectively with global colleagues and partners.
