Operations and Inventory Lead

Take charge of operational excellence and drive growth through strategic inventory management.

This role is central to our company's success, emphasizing the impact of your work on profitability, customer satisfaction, and global innovation.

You will lead the development and execution of growth strategies, identify cost reduction opportunities, and oversee all aspects of parts and service management.

Responsibilities
  • Enhance operational efficiency by optimizing inventory and services, connecting talent with global innovation and simplifying lives through technology.
  • Unlock growth potential by leading strategic initiatives, implementing cost reduction measures, and overseeing all aspects of parts and service management.
  • Develop a service-first culture within a leadership role, including advanced training, mentorship, and career pathways.
  • Oversee seamless performance, manage inventories, and ensure accurate work orders.
  • Lead the development and execution of growth strategies, identifying and implementing cost reduction opportunities.
  • Maintain an organized service job schedule, assign work based on technician strengths, and ensure accurate work orders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a service or parts manager role; demonstrated ability to manage a team and foster business growth.
  • Proficient with computers and office/reporting systems; experience with ATS, Zoom, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills with a customer-focused mindset; ability to actively engage with customers to assess service quality and needs.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Work Setup
  • Remote work setup located in Cebu City, PH;
  • Availability for Night Shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM PH Time);
  • Tech Stack: Office/Reporting Systems, Communication & Collaboration Tools (e.g., Zoom), Inventory Management Software;
  • Reports to: General Manager;
