About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Amazon inventory expert to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring our inventory levels are always optimized and in sync with demand.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in product sourcing, inventory forecasting, and management. Proficiency in utilizing tools like Helium10 is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Sourcing: Effectively identify and acquire products to meet customer demand, leveraging your expertise in sales trends, seasonality, and marketing campaigns.
  • Inventory Forecasting & Management: Proactively monitor and adjust inventory levels, utilizing data-driven insights from SoStocked or similar platforms.
  • Expiration Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to prioritize sales for products nearing expiration, minimizing waste and maximizing revenue.
  • Sales Channel Impact: Anticipate and adapt to the effects of new sales channels on inventory needs, ensuring seamless inventory management.
  • Proactive Reordering: Ensure timely reordering of inventory by tracking low stock levels and setting reorder points with suppliers, preventing both stockouts and overstock.
  • Inventory Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on inventory levels, potential stock issues, and forecasted needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, ads, and operations teams to align inventory levels with sales strategies and ensure smooth operations.
