JOB SUMMARY: The Operations Assistant (Inventory) helps manage and organize the business inventory or company assets through inspecting shipments, recording deliveries, and checking inventory routinely. They collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure that receivable items arrive in good condition and match the quantity expected.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
  • Recording details of received items, such as names, numbers, and descriptions.
  • Maintaining a neat and organized inventory storage area.
  • Using labels or barcodes to identify and locate items.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and notifying officer when supplies are running low.
  • Conducting inventory counts or audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Report inventory-related issues to immediate supervisor and collaborate with other teams to resolve concerns.
  • Keeping inventory records up to date and accurate.
  • Assisting with inventory analysis and reporting as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
