Job Title:

Linux Shell Scripting Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Linux Shell Scripting Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers in the areas of Linux Shell scripting, automation, and system administration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux operating systems, shell scripting languages such as Bash, and experience with automation tools like Ansible. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers on Linux Shell scripting and automation-related issues.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts using shell scripting languages such as Bash.
  • Work closely with development teams to identify and resolve system administration issues.
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve process efficiency and automate repetitive tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
