Contract Negotiator | KMC Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Negotiator to join our team at KMC Solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our Global Legal and Compliance Organization (GLACO), responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts for our Presort Services and Procurement Legal teams.

You will be working closely with our clients and vendors to ensure that all contractual agreements meet our company's needs and comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and negotiate client-facing agreements, including Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, and Amendments.
  • Review and negotiate vendor agreements, such as Purchase agreements, Lease agreements, and Software agreements.
  • Perform database entries related to contracts and agreements.
  • Interact with external clients and vendors to ensure smooth contract management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Account managers, Procurement team, and Business leaders, to obtain input and approval on contractual matters.
