KMC Solutions seeks a highly motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central specialist to join our Applications Management Support team. As a vital component of our team, you will be accountable for implementing, configuring, customizing, maintaining, and supporting the Microsoft Dynamics BC system.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Efficiently handle application management support for the Microsoft Dynamics BC system, resolving incidents and processing changes.
  2. Deliver informative training sessions to Business Process Experts and end-users on optimizing Business Central usage, while offering continued support and troubleshooting assistance to optimize system performance.
  3. Collaborate with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central vendor support team to monitor and report issues.
  4. Develop and execute system upgrade plans to ensure optimal system performance.
  5. Create and maintain thorough documentation, including user manuals, process guides, and system configurations, to ensure clear understanding and consistency in Business Central usage.
  6. Stay informed about the latest updates, new features, and best practices related to Microsoft Business Central, applying this knowledge to continuously enhance implementation and support services.
  7. Establish close relationships with the business team to comprehend their business processes, objectives, and requirements for utilizing Business Central as their core business application.
  8. Contribute to the implementation process for new companies to be onboarded, including data migration, system setup, ensuring a smooth transition to Business Central.
  9. Design and implement customizations, extensions, workflows, and integrations with other systems to enhance the functionality of Business Central and address specific business needs.
