Key Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility for assigned tasks and projects.

  • Create, update, and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth operations.

  • Maintain a flexible mindset and be available beyond regular working hours.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience with Go High-Level (GHL) automations, troubleshooting, and A2P approvals.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana.
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects at once and drive them to completion.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills; able to hold team members accountable.
