Senior Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our e-commerce projects. The ideal candidate will oversee designers and developers working on new Shopify and WordPress projects, as well as manage marketing campaigns and branding efforts.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record of managing creative and technical teams in fast-paced environments, with expertise in Shopify, WordPress, and marketing tools like email and SMS platforms. They will also possess excellent English communication skills and be able to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading designers and developers working on new Shopify and WordPress projects
  • Coordinating email and text marketing initiatives
  • Overseeing branding efforts from concept to execution
  • Developing and maintaining clear project timelines, milestones, and budgets
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Monitoring project deliverables to ensure they meet or exceed quality standards

This is a full-time position requiring 100% remote work commitment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and possess excellent communication skills.
