Job Title:

A Manager is needed to oversee a project from start to finish. This position will be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing all aspects of the project.

Job Description:

The primary function of this role is to manage a project team and guide them through every stage of the project lifecycle. The job holder will need to analyze needs, create plans and lead the team towards achieving set objectives. Communication skills are crucial in this role as they need to collaborate with various stakeholders including team members, vendors, clients, and other departments within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Plan and execute projects by creating project plans, establishing timelines, and setting milestones. Ensure that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the team to achieve project goals. Foster an environment that encourages open communication, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Communicate project progress, issues, and concerns effectively.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure that all necessary steps are taken to minimize or eliminate risks.
  • Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that all financial aspects are within budget.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
