About the role:

As an Office Experience Specialist, you'll oversee office facilities management, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with local regulations. You'll also work closely with management to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase retention.

Key responsibilities:

  • Liaise with building administration to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage office-related fixed assets, from purchasing to retirement.
  • Coordinate office cleaning services and utility personnel.
  • Support finance with administrative tasks related to office management.

What you'll need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in office management or a similar role.
  • Exceptional people skills and communication expertise.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution.
