Job Title: Treasury Associate

Our finance team is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join as a Treasury Associate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare accounting, be a CPA, and possess hands-on experience with Sage Intacct.

Cash Management & Banking Operations
  • Retrieve daily bank statements, balances, and transaction data from multiple banks and financial institutions.
  • Manage cash positioning to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational requirements.
  • Prepare and monitor daily and weekly cash reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Cash Forecasting & Liquidity Management
  • Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
  • Analyze variances between actual cash positions and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations.
Debt Compliance & Covenant Monitoring
  • Track debt agreements, compliance schedules, and financial covenants.
  • Prepare and maintain required reports and documentation for lenders.
Investment Monitoring
  • Monitor cash balances to ensure optimal utilization of excess funds.
  • Track and report on company investments and short-term placements in coordination with the Treasury Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Healthcare Accounting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Sage Intacct in a treasury, accounting, or finance role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with treasury process automation tools.
  • Prior experience managing debt compliance and financial covenants.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and treasury policies.
  • Support audit processes by providing treasury data and responding to inquiries.
