Job Description
This role plays a critical part in delivering tangible end-user operational improvements across the internal and external IT ecosystem. The successful candidate will collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems, working within company SLAs and delivering against internal KPIs.
The position involves identifying projects and initiatives that enhance user experience, gathering feedback from users on IAM processes, and monitoring help desk tickets related to IAM issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve user access rights and implement changes to IAM systems, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
- Conduct regular reviews of user access rights and support forensic analysis and compliance reports.
- Assist in preparing for internal and external IAM audits, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Collaborate with help desk and support teams to escalate and manage complex cases.
- Manage user profiles, access permissions, and group policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of IAM Active Directory and Entra ID on hybrid environments, as well as excellent communication skills. You should be able to configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IAM tools and systems, with experience in Active Directory, Windows Servers, and NTFS permissions.
A graduate degree in IT-related disciplines is preferred, along with Microsoft Certifications. Experience working in complex, multi-country professional services or BPO organizations with complex processing requirements is also desirable.
