Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and developing operational frameworks to enhance efficiency and scalability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational excellence, process improvement, and lean methodologies. They will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

You will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and optimizing core business processes to increase velocity, quality, and scalability across teams. Additionally, you will develop and maintain operational frameworks that enable teams to work consistently and efficiently.

As part of our team, you will participate in change initiatives, support internal and external audits, and monitor and report on company-wide KPIs using dashboards and data insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles, preferably within the IT or software industry.
  • Hands-on experience with lean methodologies and tools (e.g., A3, Root Cause Analysis, Dynamic Work Design, Toyota Production System).
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and design efficient, scalable solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.
