Chief Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial transactions. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update general ledger accounts and entries, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including the processing of invoices and payments
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts to aid strategic planning
- Provide regular reports and analysis to management for decision-making
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
