We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant to support our real estate operations.

About the Role

This is a critical position where you will be responsible for maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring smooth administrative processes across three U.S.-based companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bookkeeping & Billing: Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks Online files for three companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage all billing processes.
  • Data Management: Maintain detailed transaction and agent spreadsheets.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Audit real estate contracts to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate vendor schedules, answer and route calls on the company phone line, and handle general administrative tasks.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bookkeeping Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • Financial Knowledge: Solid understanding of U.S. tax laws.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication.
