This position requires a proactive self-starter with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, who can work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks to meet pressing deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Export data from BI tool, Shopify, and 3PL platform to update daily fulfillment KPI Dashboard.
  • Provide timely and accurate status on order shipments to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage inbound/outbound international shipments from and to material suppliers and product manufacturers.
  • Daily management of the supply chain mailbox. Provide timely and accurate answers on supply chain & logistics related queries.
  • Coordinate daily with material suppliers and product manufacturers about the status of shipments and supplies to and from the US.
  • Generate extensive reports in Excel and Google Sheets, including analysis and reconciliation of data for reporting purposes.
  • Participate in team and project meetings, plan and facilitate meetings as necessary.
  • Support management in completing special projects, ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests, and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in logistics, order fulfillment, and/or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge in the area of international inbound and outbound transportation from and to the US.
  • Excellent communication skills; proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external business partners from different countries and cultures.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize assignments and handle multiple projects/assignments.
  • Proactive self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and an ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet pressing deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team, and to build and maintain effective business relationships both internally and externally.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to achieve tight deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Tech-savvy and MS Excel Super User; must be comfortable working with and analyzing large datasets.
  • Willingness to work on graveyard shift (US Eastern Time - Monday to Friday).
