We are seeking a seasoned creative professional to spearhead the development of our brand's visual identity.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain the consistency of our brand's visual representation across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee the application and evolution of our brand guidelines for various platforms and formats.

Main Responsibilities:

Design & Development
  • Create visually engaging designs for digital marketing campaigns, website assets, social media, email, events, sales enablement, and advertising.
  • Translate campaign ideas and briefs into polished, on-brand creative that adheres to design best practices to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Adapt creative for different formats, optimizing for performance and platform requirements.
Collaboration & Support
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop concepts and creative approaches that support campaign objectives.
  • Work with product marketing to visually articulate product value propositions and feature updates and go-to-market launches.
  • Support demand generation, content, and events teams with timely, high-quality creative assets.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in design within a B2B SaaS or technology marketing environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital and print marketing work, including B2B SaaS examples.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, with skills in graphic design, layout design, asset design, events, and web.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects, as well as knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Understanding of responsive and accessible design principles, with excellent typography, layout, and visual composition skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
