Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled visual communicator to design and produce marketing materials. As a remote position, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders who have successfully scaled businesses.

This role is ideal for individuals with 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a creative agency. You should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong eye for detail and layout.

The successful candidate will develop branding and visual identity assets, create engaging digital content optimized for websites, social media, and online campaigns, and work closely with project teams to interpret creative briefs and bring concepts to life.

You will also ensure consistency of design outputs in line with client brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, signage, EDMs, social media content, and presentations.
  • Develop branding and visual identity assets for construction and property development projects.
  • Create engaging digital content optimized for websites, social media, and online campaigns.
  • Work with project teams to interpret creative briefs and bring concepts to life.
  • Liaise with suppliers to prepare artwork for production.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within a creative agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign as core; After Effects, Premiere Pro, and XD/Figma advantageous).
  • Strong eye for detail, layout, and typography.
  • Ability to design user-friendly and visually appealing websites and landing pages.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and web asset preparation.
