Job Overview

Campaign Deployment Specialist

Support the CRM Campaign Management Expert Team by deploying CRM campaigns across multiple countries and brands. Focus on quality and timely delivery to ensure successful campaign execution.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy CRM campaigns, involving audience segmentation, creating messages for various channels, and setting up journeys.
  • Set up and localize automations, journeys, messages, and data extensions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Review and test campaign setups to ensure they function as expected.
  • Monitor campaign send-outs and flag any issues to the CRM Campaign Management Expert Team.
  • Adhere to a defined quality assurance process and ensure campaigns are deployed on time.
  • Regularly report project progress to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email platforms.
  • Familiarity with Data Extensions, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
  • Experience in setting up cross-channel journeys; other channels a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
  • Basic understanding of SQL is a plus.
