The role of a Senior Analytics Solutions Lead is multifaceted, involving strategic thinking and process development. This position requires a senior-level professional who can drive improvement initiatives across various departments, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data-Driven Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement by conducting thorough assessments, value-stream mapping, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Design future-state workflows and KPI frameworks that integrate people, data, technology, and controls.
  • Change Management: Execute change by running Kaizen/DMAIC workshops, converting decisions into actionable plans, chairing ceremonies, and maintaining records of progress.
  • Governance and Compliance: Develop and maintain an enterprise playbook with audit-ready evidence.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Present complex information clearly and build live-linked dashboards, board-ready presentations, and concise alignment notes.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Strong Power BI/Tableau, Advanced Excel, and SQL skills are required.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to model data, validate metrics, and work with large/complex datasets.
  • KPI Management: Proven experience defining KPI catalogs, implementing data-quality rules, and managing release/UAT gates and change control.
Education and Experience
  • Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, Industrial Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field is required; MBA or related master's preferred.
  • Professional Experience: 5-7 years of experience in BI/Reporting/Analytics Operations or Process/Operational Excellence as a senior individual contributor.
