Strategic Business Growth Leader

The ideal candidate will drive strategic growth initiatives, develop new business opportunities, and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Develop a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve company growth objectives;
  • Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and potential clients for BPO services;
  • Engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers;

Excellent knowledge of the German market is required, along with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Key Requirements
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles;
  • Strong understanding of the retail and e-commerce sectors, including their needs and challenges;
  • Experience in BPO services, industry trends, and market dynamics;

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite required. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events is also necessary.
