At Coefficient, we believe that providing the highest quality support is vital to our core product experience. We are seeking a Support Specialist who is an empathetic, resourceful communicator. This individual will not only resolve user issues but also answer questions from valued users.

As a dynamic and self-motivated individual, you will be responsible for resolving a high volume of user requests through various support modalities. You will investigate and fulfill all tier 1 & 2 support requests while communicating directly with users and internal stakeholders.

This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask between support, documentation, and growing business objectives. If you have a deep understanding of the user experience and can leverage multiple resources to inform critical decisions, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve a high volume of user requests through various support modalities.
  • Investigate and fulfill all tier 1 & 2 support requests.
  • Navigate ambiguity in one-off issues to deliver exceptional outcomes.

You will demonstrate excellent organization skills, effectively prioritizing work to target the highest-impact issues first. A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 4+ years of SaaS customer support experience.
  • Intermediate/advanced level knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Customer empathy - Deep understanding of the user experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaboration - Valuing teamwork and contributing to a synergistic work environment.

A bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, English, or Journalism is preferred. Experience with Zendesk, SQL, Salesforce, HubSpot is a plus. If you're a highly motivated self-starter with an eagerness to learn and grow, we encourage you to apply.
