Job Title: Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished professional to assume a pivotal role in managing customer interactions, processing orders, and maintaining accurate data entry across various platforms. This high-profile position demands expertise in handling inquiries, resolving order issues, updating inventory, and ensuring seamless operations across multiple eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Critical Issue Resolution: Respond to complex customer inquiries, resolve contentious order issues, process refunds, and provide exceptional support via chat, email, and phone.
  • Order Execution: Enter, update, and verify Walmart orders with precision and speed, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Inventory Optimization: Maintain stock accuracy, update inventory levels, and synchronize data across platforms with utmost efficiency.
  • Returns and Refunds Management: Process return requests, coordinate replacements, and handle refund transactions with transparency and timeliness.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Ensure accurate entry of order details, customer information, and financial transactions into the Seller Account.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Communicate effectively with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Account Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance, report discrepancies, and optimize workflows for enhanced productivity.
  • Multi-Platform Operations: Assist with operations on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other eCommerce platforms with ease and flexibility.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in order processing and customer service within a similar environment.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred but not mandatory.
  • Skill Set:
    • Exceptional proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Superior customer service skills with experience in chat, email, and phone support.
    • In-depth knowledge of inventory management and order tracking systems.
    • Familiarity with leading eCommerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets for tracking sales and reports.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • A problem-solving mindset to handle complaints and order discrepancies.
