The Facilities Maintenance Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including the maintenance and repair of utility systems. This will involve managing a team of skilled technicians and ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.

  • Supervises and coordinates the activities of the facilities maintenance team.
  • Ensures that all maintenance and repair work is completed in accordance with established procedures and standards.
  • Develops and implements plans for routine maintenance and predictive maintenance.
  • Collaborates with other departments to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Preferably a licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer.
  • With at least 3–5 years of experience in a management role in a utility environment specializing in food processing plants.
  • Must have detailed knowledge of all utility equipment and implement planned preventive maintenance systems.
  • Preferably with knowledge in instrumentation.
  • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
