Responsibilities
  1. Coordination and execution of maintenance activities across facilities.
  2. Maintenance of kitchen equipment and machinery.
  3. Preventive maintenance on all food service equipment.
  4. Record-keeping and reporting of equipment maintenance and repair activities.
  5. Repair work orders and task assignments from the Chief Engineer.
  6. Lighting and electrical system maintenance.
  7. Daily reporting to the Chief Engineer on equipment status and maintenance activities.
  8. Meeting attendance as assigned by the Chief Engineer.
  9. Incident reporting to the Chief Engineer.

Requirements
  1. Diploma in Technical Field
  2. Minimum 6 years of direct experience in kitchen engineering in a hotel
  3. Basic English communication skills
