The Facilities Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the facilities management team, providing administrative expertise to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support:
    1. Assist with scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
    2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of facility-related information, including work orders, service contracts, and warranties.
    3. Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  2. Vendor Management:
    1. Assist with vendor selection, procurement, and contract management.
    2. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule services and ensure timely completion of work.
    3. Monitor vendor performance and communicate any issues to the facilities management team.
  3. Work Order Management:
    1. Receive and process incoming work order requests from employees or tenants.
    2. Assign work orders to appropriate vendors or internal staff members.
    3. Track the progress of work orders and ensure timely resolution, escalating issues as necessary.
  4. Facilities Communication:
    1. Serve as the point of contact for facilities-related inquiries and requests.
