Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Insights Lead to join our Global Finance team.

This individual will lead critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial reporting and analysis across critical business areas.
  • Manage the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Summarize complex monthly and quarterly results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Build financial models, develop 'what-if' scenarios, and perform risk analyses to inform key initiatives.
  • Support scenario planning and long-term financial modeling efforts to inform strategic decisions.
  • Apply a digital-first approach to automate and streamline recurring FP&A processes.
  • Partner closely with Finance leadership to shape and support financial strategies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create executive dashboards to support business performance reviews.
  • Assist in preparing financial materials for high-level meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM. Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling is essential.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis, is required.
