Lead Client Partnerships and Virtual Assistant Teams in a Dynamic Environment
As an Account Relationship Lead, you will play a pivotal role in building strong client relationships and leading a team of virtual assistants. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in client management, team leadership, and communication.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients
- Coach and develop a high-performing team of virtual assistants
- Bridge the gap between clients and VAs to ensure seamless partnerships

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant for international clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Business acumen and understanding of client needs
