Paid Marketing Strategist

Job Description:
As a Paid Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive conversions and revenue growth. Your goal will be to maximize return on investment (ROI) by optimizing ad targeting, bidding strategies, and creative assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement paid marketing strategies to reach target audiences and drive conversions.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates through A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-converting ad assets and landing pages.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to ensure optimal performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in paid marketing with a strong focus on conversion optimization.
- Proficiency in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and tools.
- Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
