Performance Creative Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Creative Strategist to join our team.

About the Role

The Performance Creative Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that drive business results. This includes analyzing performance data, conducting research, and translating insights into clear and inspiring creative briefs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of creative's role in driving performance across paid platforms, as well as proven ability to analyze ad metrics and translate them into actionable creative direction.

Key responsibilities include managing the delivery of creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring assets are on-brief, on-brand, and on-time, and coordinating across designers, editors, and content creators to keep workflows smooth and aligned.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing (e.g. Creative Strategy, Media Buying, Growth Marketing)
  • A strong understanding of creative's role in driving performance across paid platforms
  • Proven ability to analyze ad metrics and translate them into actionable creative direction
  • Confidence in writing briefs, organizing timelines, and managing moving parts within a creative team
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you know how to give and gather the right info at the right time
  • A blend of strategic thinking and creative instincts—you can spot what's working and know how to build on it
  • Familiarity with UGC-style content, ad remixing, and working with freelancers or creators is a plus
