Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and diligent Financial Professional to join an esteemed organization. In this role, you will support the management of financial operations, working closely with the Financial Manager.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in accounting and a proactive approach to ensuring accurate financial data, compliance, and reporting across various investment portfolios.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain precise records of investment portfolios and oversee all related financial entries.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the organization and related entities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of accounts, including investment vehicles, trusts, and holding companies.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
  • Process and monitor payments, receipts, and intercompany transactions.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and investment accounts.
  • Liaise with Fund Managers, Bankers and System Administrators to resolve discrepancies.
Investment & Asset Administration:
  • Track and record investment activities, including equities, real estate, private equity, and alternative assets.
  • Maintain accurate records of asset valuations, income, and distributions.
  • Assist with due diligence and documentation for new investments.
Process Improvement & Controls:
  • Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal controls and financial policies.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (CPA, CFA) preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a financial organization, private wealth, or investment environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good spoken and written English and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and as part of a small team.
