Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality financial reports and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit management, with experience working with Xero and MS Excel.

You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing internal and external audits, and providing ad-hoc financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive financial models and dashboards
  • Ensure timely and compliant submission of financial reports to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the finance team to drive continuous improvement in financial processes and controls
  • Provide expert advice on taxation changes, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure compliance and minimize exposure
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting and tax compliance
  • Proven experience with Xero, MS Excel, and SQL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
