Surf Fabclean Business Performance Manager

About the Role:

The Surf Fabclean Business Performance Manager oversees the total fabric cleaning business of the Surf brand, accounting for 80% of the total business. This role will report to the Surf Masterbrand Business Performance Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end responsibility on the fabclean home care business including Business Management (P&L Management), Category Strategy, and Brand Marketing Plan.
  • Responsible for key indicators and drivers of brand performance (6P's). Recommends solutions and implement improvements to meet annual targets.
  • Leads weekly project task force meetings with internal and external stakeholders to monitor brand operations.
  • Lead opportunity spotting, creation, and progress of projects within NRM, PPA.
  • Participate in monthly S&OP cycles, sales analysis, and issue/opportunity spotting.

Category Strategy:

  • Supports the CSP team with the Surf Fabclean Category Strategy, localizing the Category Growth Story, valuating the Category Growth Drivers, and coming up with the 8-Quarter Plan.
  • Leads a multifunctional team to implement the plan in the market place and monitors performance of the support plans.

Brand Marketing Plan:

  • Spearheads the creation and development of the Surf Fabclean Brand Marketing Plans, in alignment with GAP framework and MYIPs.
  • New Brand/Format Launches/Extensions (as necessary).
  • Campaign development and deployment including traditional media, digital, social, and below the line executions.

  • Financial Metrics: Underlying Sales Growth (USG) and Underlying Operating Margin (UOM).
  • Unmissable Brand Superiority, Brand Power & Market Share Growth.
