This role involves developing strategic plans, managing high-performing teams, and working closely with national retailers to deliver sales, distribution, and financial targets while maintaining operational excellence and fostering innovation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth in the Modern Trade channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with national retailers to ensure alignment on sales, distribution, and financial targets.
- Oversee the development and implementation of annual channel business plans, including resource allocation and key programs to drive sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with Learning & Capability teams to define competencies and implement talent development strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in foods, fresh/frozen goods, or produce. Experience in Meats is a strong advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in modern trade and key account management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management.
