Job Description:Collateral Document SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Collateral Document Specialist to join our team at Security Bank Corporation.
As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring the submission and compliance of all loan documents and collateral.
Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will ensure that all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
You will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of commitment to internal and external clients, as well as managing charging to cost centers for payments of hub utilities and notarial fees.
You will also be responsible for scanning and uploading all necessary documents for the Welcome Kit, making them easily accessible to other units. Additionally, you will review consistency of all documents in consideration of Registration, Encumbrance, Annotation, and Litigation, minimizing or eliminating risks.
Key Responsibilities- Review and monitor submission and compliance of all loan documents and collateral.
- Ensure timely delivery of commitment to internal and external clients.
- Manage charging to cost centers for payments of hub utilities and notarial fees.
- Scan and upload all necessary documents for the Welcome Kit.
- Review consistency of all documents in consideration of Registration, Encumbrance, Annotation, and Litigation.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 0-2 years relevant work experience in banking or finance.
- Knowledge of the Consumer Lending process and Documentation.
- Result-oriented and a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
