About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Operations Manager to join our team at Premiumbikes Corporation. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Your Background:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.
  • Excellent selling skills, administrative expertise, leadership abilities, and knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with motorcycle industry operations is a plus.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly sales targets for motorcycles, SPAO, and service shops.
  2. Manage credit risk by implementing effective policies and procedures.
  3. Maintain accurate inventory records and optimize stock levels.
  4. Ensure timely preparation and submission of loan folders and documents.
  5. Securely manage branch petty cash and collections.
  6. Design and implement customer management programs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Initiate projects to improve store image, cleanliness, and productivity.
