**About the Job**

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Manager to join our team at TRBank. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all set goals of management in terms of loan releases are met, while adhering to existing internal control procedures and regulatory policies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise loan center operations, including cleanliness, efficient use of supplies, equipment and facilities, effective handling of clients and Bank Loan Agents, and adherence to bank and regulatory policies.
  • Develop and motivate personnel to meet performance standards, assess and provide feedback on personnel's performance, and establish and maintain a pool of agents with good working relationships.
  • Formulate and implement strategies to help meet monthly targets, generate new accounts, recruit, develop and maintain agents, and explore and provide resolution to address clients and agents' concerns.

KPIs:

  • Recruitment and activation of Bank Loan Agents, accreditation of Loan Agents, activation of Accredited Loan Agents, maintenance of active agents, accounts processed, received accounts, account turn-ins, loan releases, amount released, number of accounts released, product mix, and custodianship.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Banking and Finance or its equivalent.
  • Preferably 3 years of extensive experience in Sales and Marketing from a reputable banking/financial services industry.
