Strategic Sourcing Manager

Drive business growth and transformation by leading sourcing initiatives, managing key procurement projects, and developing supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire sourcing process from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and optimal cost savings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, develop strategic plans, and implement changes that enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering a culture of trust, transparency, and open communication.
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, juggling competing demands while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies, leveraging industry expertise and market trends to deliver value-added results.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations affecting procurement practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as engineering or supply chain management.
  • At least 8 years of experience in indirect procurement, with proven expertise in managing at least two commodity categories.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
