Job Responsibilities:
  • Work with Clients and Technical Resources to Identify Business Problems and Develop Solutions.
  • Design and Implement Simple to Semi-Complex Business Processes and System Modifications.
  • Provide Recommendations to Improve and Support Business Activities.
  • Analyze Client Requirements through Various Techniques such as Interviews and Work Sessions.
  • Communicate Requirements to Appropriate Parties and Develop Documents.
  • Assist in Project Planning, Testing, and Release Phases.
  • Support Quality Assurance, User Acceptance Testing, and Defect Analysis.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or Relevant Field.
  • Previous Experience in the Insurance Industry is Required (Insurtech or Health Insurance Experience Preferred).
  • Domain Certification from INS/LOMA or III is an Advantage.
  • Knowledge of Business Analysis Concepts, Agile Approach, and Requirements Gathering.
  • Excellent Communication Skills in English and Written Communication Skills are a Plus.
