Job Summary

Wills International Sales Corporation is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to fill the role of HR Assistant. As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and projects as directed by the HR Team, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Respond to employee inquiries about policies and benefits, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and training sessions, coordinating logistics and ensuring a smooth experience for participants.
- Maintain accurate records of office supplies and HR department resources, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the HR Team to develop and implement effective solutions to improve HR processes and systems.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and employees.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using HR software and systems.
