Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our company.

The successful candidate will have real-world experience in the telecom, structured cabling, or data center industry, with a proven track record of coordinating workforce deployment, tracking job timelines, and managing multiple technical crews across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Job Deployment Schedules
  • Track Timelines and Crew Assignments
  • Coordinate with Recruiters, Dispatchers, and Project Managers
  • Maintain Dashboards with Live Project Status
  • Collect and Organize Time Sheets, Labor Logs, and Project Costs
  • Ensure Job Quality and Adherence to Client Requirements
  • Prepare Operational Reports for the CEO
  • Assist in Streamlining SOPs and Operational Documentation
  • Work on Scaling Processes, Project Forecasting, and Workforce Planning
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or field management in structured cabling, fiber optics, or data center infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of telecom workflows, including drops, patch panels, terminations, rack and stack, fiber pulls, etc.
  • Familiarity with U.S. business operations, labor schedules, compliance tracking, and job costing
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Experience with tools like ClickUp, Airtable, Monday.com, Slack, and Google Workspace
