About the Job
  • Research and compile lists of journalists, bloggers, influencers, and media outlets to support PR initiatives.
  • Gather data from websites, social platforms, and third-party tools to aid in campaign planning.
  • Scrape information from search engines and databases to identify relevant statistics and supporting evidence.
  • Assist with ad-hoc research tasks such as trend analysis and contact verification to maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prior experience in virtual assistance, research, or data entry to effectively manage tasks.
  • Familiarity with data scraping tools or techniques to extract required information.
  • Experience with media list building or journalist databases to enhance research capabilities.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills to communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and web-based tools to analyze and present data.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to follow direction from team members.
