About the Role:
  • This position requires a strong understanding of Amazon's vendor central and order management software.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience with global eCommerce, handling different currencies and languages.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Marketing Requirement Documents (MRDs).

The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to our partner client by performing tasks such as:

Order Management
  1. Retrieve and verify all orders in the Amazon portal, ensuring all details (e.g., pricing, MOQ, case pack quantity, shipping address) are accurate.
  2. Match confirmed orders in the Amazon portal against internal systems and EDI.
  3. Work closely with logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment to Amazon.
  4. Monitor and resolve returns, create disputes, and track issues related to order fulfillment.
  5. Submit invoices in the Amazon portal.
  6. Process Amazon program promotions like Bulk Buy and Born to Run orders.
Product Catalog Management
  1. Assist in managing the eCommerce product catalog to ensure data quality across all channels.
  2. Update the Goldlist in collaboration with Amazon to avoid chargebacks due to ASIN issues.
  3. Ensure product information is complete, accurate, and ready for customers.
  4. Add or update product images as needed.
  5. Support the creation of A+ Detail Pages to enhance product visibility and provide customers with essential information.
  6. Suggest changes to website layout and content based on analytics and user feedback.
Product Inventory Health
  1. Work with the Amazon Vendor Manager to manually update inventory data weekly, ensuring all active items are available for purchase.
  2. Monitor inbound and outbound inventory levels for Amazon accounts.
  3. Collaborate with Demand and Planning teams to align inventory and forecasts for Amazon accounts.
Channel Marketing
  1. Partner with Marketing and Product teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
